The seat of the vehicle is vertically adjustable, and the actuating component of the seat cushion support is positively coupled with the vertical adjuster of the seat so that the seat depth is increased with lowering of the seat, and vice versa. The seat cushion support is acted upon by one end of a compression-resistant bowden cable(20) acting as the actuating component, the other end of which is fitted in one of two rear links(4) of the vertical adjuster.
