With reference to the figure the present invention provides a puzzle which includes a core member (15) and a first plurality of substantially planar elements (10). The sequential mounting of the first plurality of planar elements (10) as inner planar elements on the core member (15) forms a first three-dimensional figure. The puzzle includes a second plurality of planar elements (12). The sequential mounting of the second plurality of planar elements (12) as outer planar elements (12) surrounding the inner planar elements (10) forms a second three-dimensional figure.
