The saw blade (10) has outer cutting edge sectors (2) which are separated and structured circumferentially. Each of the structured sector segments is connected by a fixing device (3) to a body plate (1) of the blade. The fixing device is inserted in existing holes running in a radial direction for about half the aligning surface. Each segment may have a concave sector (21) open to the center of the blade.
