A blood pressure manometer comprising a main body (10) and a cuff (20) fitted integrally to the main body (10) and strapped around a wrist portion, wherein the main body (10) is fitted to the cuff (20) in such a fashion as to be positioned on the side surface of an arm (L) on the thumb side while the main body (10) is fitted to the wrist portion. As a result, the blood pressure measurement value and the blood pressure tendency can be obtained correctly without being limited by the location of the blood pressure measurement.
