PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating composition which can give a coating film having a controlled conductivity, reproducibility, and stable conductivity by mixing a specified oxidized oligomer salt with a charge transfer component and a polymeric binder. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 1-20 wt.% oxidized oligomer salts of formulas I and/or II[wherein Gs are 6-24C aromatic groups and are bonded to all of the diarylamine groups; Ar and Ar' are each 6-18C (un)substituted aromatic group; n is 2-36; m is an integer equal to or smaller than n; X is at least open monovalent counter anion selected among BF4 , PF6 , AsF6 , SbF6 , ClO4 , AuCl4 , C60 , I, Br3 , I3 , FeCl4- , etc.; and Y<2> is at least one divalent counter anion selected among SiF6 <2-> , GeF6 <2-> , TiF6 <2-> , TaF7 <2-> , NbF7 <2-> , RuCl6 <2-> , OsCl6+2- , IrCl6 <2-> , etc.], 20-60 wt.% charge transfer component containing triarylamine, and 80-99.9 wt.% polymeric binder containing bisphenol polycarbonate.
