PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway control device whereby investment in equipment of various facilities and a running cost related to train operation can be reduced. SOLUTION: Information giving/receiving between a monitoring center 20 monitor controlling a train and a train 50 are performed by a base station communication means 30 and an on-vehicle station communication means 51 through a track station communication means 40 provided in a track. In the monitoring center 20, when passing of the train 50 is detected in the track station communication means 40, a train position is judged by a train position judging means 23, in a train control command forming means 22, a speed control command value of the following train is formed from train position information caught by the train position judging means 23. On the other hand, in the train 50, in a speed control means 57, speed control of the train 50 is performed by a speed control command value formed in the speed control command forming means 22 and a train speed detected in the speed control means 57. |
