PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain quick control by preventing a time till setup of a dialing condition from being increased while collision of signals is avoided even when power is applied simultaneously to pluralities of mobile stations. SOLUTION: A storage means 103 stores an individual number that is a number specific to each mobile station. A reception means 101 receives and demodulates an outgoing radio signal from a master station (radio base station). A count control means 102 is operated simultaneously at application of power to mobile stations, sets the number of counts of zone signals (area information signals) from the master station based on each individual number stored in the storage means 103, and gives an instruction of starting count to a count means 104. The count means 104 counts down zone signals received through the reception means 101 and the count control means 102 and reports it to a transmission control means 105 when the count reaches zero. The transmission control means 105 instructs transmission of a position registration signal to a transmission means 106. The transmission means 106 modulates the signal and sends the modulated signal to the master station as a radio signal. |
