PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for approving the application of an advance, temporary payment and temporary adjustment, by which advance application, temporary payment application and temporary adjustment application are quickly and efficiently processed without a complicated work. SOLUTION: Plural clients 1 are connected to a server 3 through a network, an application document from among advance application, temporary payment application and temporary adjustment application is generated in an optional client 1 and the application document is transmitted as an electric mail through the server 3 to the client 1 of an approver that is previously set and registered in accordance with the attribute of an applicant. An approval result inputted form the client 1 of the approver is transmitted to the client 1 of the applicant through the server 3 as the electronic mail. |
