PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antitumor medicine containing as an active ingredient a highly safe substance having a strong Epstein-Barr virus early antigen(EBV- EA) induction-inhibiting activity, plentifully contained in a plant, etc., and capable of being easily extracted from the plant, etc., and capable of being expected to have an effect for preventing carcinogenesis. SOLUTION: This antitumor medicine contains an extract obtained by extraction-treating black soybeans or their seed coats with a hydrophilic solvent such as methanol at the ordinary temperature under the atmospheric pressure. |
