PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer voice data from a telephone terminal irrelevantly to the format of an opposite side terminal by inputting and holding the voice data received through a network, converting the held voice data to a data format that a terminal at a predetermined transfer destination can process, and sending the converted data to the address of the terminal at the transfer destination. SOLUTION: When there is an incoming call to a telephone terminal, a CPU 9 obtains the addressee's name with an automatic answering guidance and converts it into text data, performs retrieval from an incoming number table 14 to record and then convert a message into text data when 'transfer is needed', and stores them together with the addressee's name. Then address information on a present destination is obtained by referring to a schedule table 15 and address information at the destination and the format of the terminal are taken out by referring to a transfer destination table. Then the addressee's name and text data of the body are converted into data matching the format of the terminal at the destination and they are automatically transferred to the address of the terminal at the distination. |
