PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot managing device with a parking fee discounting function for discounting a parking fee for promoting reuse for all customers who uses this parking lot by using only a parking ticket used at the time of parking a vehicle without using any a service ticket, token, or equipment or device or the like such as a punch equipment. SOLUTION: An automatic fee adjusting machine 6 constituted so that a parking time and the parking fee can be calculated when a parking ticket TX received at the time of entering a parking lot is inserted, is provided with a parking ticket returning means for returning the used packing ticket TX whose parking fee adjustment is finished to the user, and a parking fee discounting means for discounting the parking fee when the used parking ticket TX is inserted at the next time of parking fee adjustment. |
