摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently heating an irregular-shaped food by electricity conduction without losing the deliciousness of a fish meat, etc., and not wasting electric energy. SOLUTION: This food processing device by electricity conduction is provided by mounting many brushes 23 composed of a flexible material having a good infiltrating property at a lower surface of a supplying vessel 21 for an electrolytic liquid A. The brushes 23 come into contact with the outer surface of a food B conveyed by a belt 11 of a conveyer 10 for pasting the electrolytic liquid A on the outer surface of the food B to form a thin membrane of the electrolytic liquid A. The belt 11 is made from a material having a good infiltrating property of the electrolytic liquid A, and a metal plate like lower part electrode 30 is arranged at the lower surface of the belt 11 so as to heat the food by charging an alternate electric voltage between the lower electrode and a supporting tool of the brushes 23 as electrodes for applying electricity to the electrolytic liquid thin membrane formed at the outer surface of the food B.
