PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a user to easily carry a saw with simple structure, to quickly and easily take-off the saw at the time of necessity and also to easily re-insert it after usage. SOLUTION: A case is the one for the handy saw of a kind provided with a blade 5 having long-sized teeth and a handle 7 in one end part of the blade. The case is provided with a long-sized body 1 having a groove which is opened along a main length part so as to receive the row of the teeth 6. The body 1 is provided with a first means 16 for holding the free end part of a saw blade in a release possible state in the neighborhood of the free end part at a lower side. The second means for holding a saw handle part in the release possible state is provided in an upper end part at an opposite side. Thus, the saw is took-off from the case by a small quantity of easy rotating operation. |
