PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus capable of automatically and intermittently supplying a sheet-like rubber material almost constant in length from a strip-like rubber material. SOLUTION: The strip-like rubber material 15 having cutting lines 14 formed thereto at an almost constant interval and superposed on a strip-like interlaminar film 16 is supported on a supply reel 13 in a freely rotatable manner and the strip-like laminate of the strip-like rubber material 15 and the strip-like interlaminar film 16 drawn out from the reel 13 is drawn out through a pair of drawing-out rolls 18 and the strip-like rubber material 15 is guided to a belt conveyor 20 by the belt conveyor 20 and a separation roll 19 while the strip-like interlaminar film 16 is taken up by a taking-up reel 27 and the taking-up sheet-like rubber material 15c sent by the belt conveyor 20 is stopped by a stopper and this taking-up sheet-like rubber material 15c in this stop state is taken up by a taking-up robot 41.
