PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely control the carrying quantity of a powder with a small- sized and simple structure by arranging a magnetic field generating means near a base body surface in the non-contact state with the powder. SOLUTION: The powder of a sound wave propagating member 1 is carried on a sound wave propagating member 1 in the direction reverse to the direction of the progressive wave propagated in the sound wave propagating member 1 by the carrying force generated by the frictional force by the contact with the sound wave propagating member 1. Although the powder, when it is light, is floated by the vibration of the sound wave propagating member 1, a powder having magnetism is used as the powder, and a magnetic field generating means for generating an attracting force for attracting the powder in the direction of the sound wave propagating member 1, for example, a permanent magnet 3 is arranged near the sound wave propagating member 1, whereby the powder is regularly brought into contact with the sound wave propagating member 1. Thus, the powder can be carried on the sound wave propagating member 1 only when a progressive wave is imparted to the sound wave propagating member 1 by an ultrasonic exciting means 4 without being floated, and when the progressive wave is stopped, the carrying can be stopped. |
