<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing member having a rib for an automobile car body capable of making the parts light in weight, improving the precision of the parts and improving the flexible rigidity of the parts, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A panel member 11 and a panel member 12 are respectively provided with a flange 13-1 and a flange 13-2. The flange 13-1 of the panel member 11 and the flange 13-2 of the panel member 12 are superposed, and one-way welding is executed along a flange ridgeline 14 by a CO2 laser beam 15. Whereby, the reinforcing member having the rib which is formed of the superposed parts of the flange 13 is manufactured.</p> |
