<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the method and the device that prevents burning of a kenzan (frog) of a work table. SOLUTION: In a laser beam machine equipped with a work table for which plural lines of skids are arranged having multiple kenzans for supporting a workpiece, a part 15 for taking in the piercing position data of a machining program 13 is provided, as are a skid data part 17 in which the shape and arrangement data of the skids are registered, a part 19 for calculating kenzan areas from the piercing position data and the skid data, a comparing and arithmetic processing part 21 which compares the piercing position data and the kenzan area determined by the kenzan area calculating part, and a controlling and processing part 23 which controllably changes the piercing position in accordance with the processing data of the comparing and arithmetic processing part 21.</p> |
