<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid defective effects due to generation of vibration and to obtain high cutting quality stably even at a high speed cutting time. SOLUTION: This cutting machine is provided with a torch 3 to radiate heat energy from a heat source such as plasma, a gas flame or a laser toward a material to be cut, a torch suporting structure 1 which supports and moves the torch 3, a vibration detecting device 7 to detect the vibration of the torch 3 and a vibration generating device 8 which corresponding to the frequency and the amplitude of the vibration detected by the vibration detecting device 7, generates vibration to negate the detected vibration and damps the torch 3.</p> |
