PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device equipped with a developing device capable of stably obtaining an image whose density is sufficient similarly to an initial image over a long term by reducing the retaining amount of two- component developer retaining on the upstream side of a developer regulating means in a developing container and preventing the developer from being successively carried so that pressure applied to the developer is reduced and the deterioration of the developer is prevented. SOLUTION: A magnet roller 11 arranged in the developing sleeve 10 of the developing device 1 has a 1st magnetic pole N2 positioned in the developing container 2 on a downstream side in the rotating direction of the sleeve 10 from a developing part, and a 2nd magnetic pole N3 positioned adjacently to the magnetic pole N2 on the downstream side of the magnetic pole N2 in the rotating direction of the sleeve 10 and having the same polarity. An area where the flux density Br in a vertical direction on the surface of the sleeve 10 is <=50 G and the flux density Bθin a horizontal direction is <=50 G is provided between the magnetic poles N2 and N3, and a regulating blade 30 is arranged in the vicinity of the opposed position of the magnetic pole N3. |
