PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge that information which an accessing person receives is right and to prevent information being contrary to an access fact from falsely being generated by recognizing the fact that a home page is accessed in the situation of a third person and giving certification information to information which a home page possessor gives to the person who has accessed the home page. SOLUTION: In the method, a means for informing a certifying person C certifying access of information Ai1 showing the fact that an information file HP called the home page is accessed is provided. The processor P of the information file HP gives certification information Pi to the accessing person A via the certifying person C. The certifying person C adds information Ci certifying the fact of access to certification information Pi given to the accessing person A based on information Ai1 informed by the means. |
