<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve thermal efficiency of temperature control, by preventing leakage from wiring accessories disposed onto a building surface such as a wall surface or the peripheral sections of the wiring accessories of indoor air, a temperature of which is controlled, or an inflow into a room through the wiring accessories or the peripheral sections of the wiring accessories of the outside air. SOLUTION: A plate body 20 is installed onto the front of a mounting frame 60, on which a receptacle 70 as a wiring accessory is mounted, and a decorative plate 30 is set up onto the front of the plate body 20. In the plate body 20, a sheet-shaped ventilation preventive packing 1 is fitted integrally on the rear side by thermocompression bonding. Openings formed to the mounting frame 60 and the peripheral section of the mounting frame 60 are closed by the ventilation preventive packing 1, and ventilation through the opening of a buried hole 81 of a wall surface 80 can be prevented. Accordingly, escape to an outdoor section from the opening of indoor air, a temperature of which is controlled, and intrusion into an indoor section of the outside air through the opening can be obstructed, and the thermal efficiency of temperature control can be improved.</p> |
