<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both of an effective absorption of heat expansion and contraction and an adiabatic effect at the same time, and further, to efficiently manufacture a vacuum thermal insulating cylinder excellent in the adiabatic effect, and also to maintainadiabatic performance extending over a long period of time, thereby promoting the low-unit cost of production for a piping system. SOLUTION: Two vacuum thermal insulating cylinders 3a and 3b are fitted in a peripheral part of an inner pipe 2a conveying a fluid in a loose state. An outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe 2a and an inner circumferential surface of each of these vacuum thermal insulating cylinders 3a and 3b are separated from each other as capable of controlling a heat transfer, while a spacer 4 or a heat transfer controlling separative member is installed in space between the inner pipe 2a and the vacuum thermal insulating cylinders 3a and 3b so as to allow the relative movements of the inner pipe 2 and the vacuum thermal insulating cylinders 3a and 3b in the axial direction. In this connection, such a case that a casing is installed in the peripheral parts of the vacuum thermal insulating cylinders 3a and 3b with the spacer or the heat transfer controlling separative member may be interposed.</p> |
