<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phased array antenna system high in maintainability, where an antenna aperture is especially made small and light with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a scanning changeover device 14, and the scanning changeover device 14 is provided with phase shifters 1611-16mn so as to omit phase shifters from transmission/reception modules 1211-12mn. Instead, a circulator is provided to each of the transmission/reception modules 1211-12mn and changeover switches 1511-15mn are provided to the scanning changeover device 14. Transmission/reception signals are fed via the circulators and the changeover switches to simplify the configuration through the concentration of functions (components) while maintaining functions similar to those of a conventional system.</p> |
