摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferroelectric circuit simulation device which can easily and quantitatively grasp the dynamic characteristic of a circuit incorporating a ferroelectric substance. SOLUTION: A non-inversion item dynamic capacitance calculation means 30 differentiates a non-inversion item fQp expressed by a simple saturation function by voltage and calculates non-inversion item dynamic capacitance Cp. An inversion item dynamic capacitance calculation means 32 differentiates an inversion item fQr expressed by a simple saturation function by voltage and calculates inversion item dynamic capacitance Cr. A dynamic capacitance synthesis means 34 adds them and obtains a dynamic capacitance Cd of a ferroelectric part. A dynamic time constant calculation means 36 calculates a dynamic time constantτof a circuit containing the ferroelectric part based on the dynamic capacitance Cd. A transient response calculation means 38 calculates a transient charge response q(t) and a transient current response i(t) of the circuit containing the ferroelectric part based on the dynamic time constantτ. Thus, transient responses can easily be simulated by using the non- inversion item fQp and the inversion item fQr of a simple constitution.</p>
