PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free process for treating a wet org. waste accompanied by a molded article production process contg. the step of deodorizing an odorous waste gas and the step of denitrating a heat source waste gas and to increase the stability of a molded article, prevent the odor emission of the article, increase the heat generation of the article, and carry out denitration and deodorizing simultaneously in a catalytic reactor. SOLUTION: A dehydrated wet org. waste is dried by bringing it into contact with a waste gas in a flash drier 12 to give a dry org. waste. An odorous waste gas from the flash drier 12 is deodorized by introducing it into a deodorizer 30 of a bag filter type coated with a powdery adsorbent selected from among an active carbon powder, a brown coal powder, a carbonization product powder, and zeolite. The powdery adsorbent after used in the deodorizer 30 is mixed with the dry org. waste in the flash drier 12, and the resultant mixture is molded. An ammonia-contg. waste gas occurring in the molding step and a part of the odorous waste gas from the flash drier 12 are introduced into a waste-gas catalytic denitration and deodorizing apparatus 60 to use ammonia contained in both the waste gases as a reducing agent for simultaneously carrying out denitration and deodorizing.
|
