PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit data processing corresponding to plural line set patterns. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with plural transmission-reception panels (TRX), the TRX 1 is equipped with an ROM 2 for storing plural circuit construction programs in accordance with a line set pattern, a data processing part 5 for performing a radio line and interface, a programmable logical device part 4 that fetches non-sound data and sound data from plural outgoing highways, transfers them to the data processing part 5 by performing switching of the data and performs switching in order to sort data received from the data processing part 5 into plural incoming highways, and a CPU 3 that reads the circuit construction program corresponding to the line set pattern from the ROM 2 at the time of rising and constructs an internal structure of the programmable logical device part 4 into a circuit corresponding to the line set pattern.
