PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to transmit a satellite broadcasting(SB) intermediate frequency signal and a satellite communication(SC) intermediate frequency signal through one transmission line without newly preparing complicated equipment. SOLUTION: The satellite signal receiving system is provided with an SB converter 24 belonged to an SB receiving antenna 20 and capable of converting an SB signal into an SB intermediate frequency signal and an SC converter 54 belonged to an SC receiving antenna 52 and capable of converting an SC signal into an SC intermediate frequency signal. The oscillation frequencies of local oscillators included in both the converters 24, 54 are respectively selected so that the frequency band of the SB intermediate signal is different from that of the SC intermediate frequency signal. The converter 54 is provided with mixing parts 78, 82 for mixing an intermediate frequency signal outputted from the converter 24 with an intermediate frequency signal outputted from the converter 54 itself and outputting the mixed signal through one transmission line 84. Both the converters 24, 54 are constituted so as to be driven by +15 V or +11 V DC voltage superimposed on the transmission line 84.
