PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the rise or falle time of signals by providing a first circuit for outputting detection signals and turning them to the next state of input signals back to back to back with the input signals almost simultaneously with the detection by the first circuit of the edge of the input signals. SOLUTION: This edge signal restoration circuit 10 is provided with an edge detector 100 for detecting the change period (transition period) of signals from a low logic level to a logic state of a high-low level or from a high logic level to the logic state of a low-low level in the node 38 of the continuos wiring route of an integrated circuit and the change period respectively corresponds to the rise edge or falle edge of the signals S. The output of the edge detector 100 is sent out to a driving circuit 102 and the driving circuit 102 turns the signals S to the next state, that is a logic level for which the detected change of the signals S is more advanced, during the change period and returns them to the node 38.
