PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink with a large heat exchange area and a solid constitution. SOLUTION: In a heat sink 9 where one end part of a plurality of fins 8 is cast in one piece into a base 7 being provided on the surface of a part to be subjected to heat exchange for generating and absorbing heat so that it can receive heat, and the fins 8 are installed with an erect state to the base 7, a protrusion part 10 is provided at a connection place with the fins 8 on the surface of the base 7, where the protrusion part 10 is formed in one piece by the same material as that of the base 7 and at the same time is extended toward the other end of the fins 8 while the outer periphery part of the fins 8 is cast. |
