PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a requirement for low power consumption. SOLUTION: A video control device drives a liquid crystal panel 100 having plural and horizontal picture element lines which are each composed of plural display picture elements arrayed in a queue respectively, and is provided with arrays of driver groups 711, 721 dividing these picture elements into two and a circuit board 400 to make he driver groups 711, 721 drive the display picture elements corresponding to picture element data to be allocated to these picture elements. The circuit board contains a control part G/A which distributes the picture element data to the corresponding driver groups for display picture elements of each group via either of the wiring LDL(R) or LDR(R) extending into the driver groups 711, 721, and the control part G/A is arranged apart in the direction parallel to the array of the driver groups 711, 721 from the center position being in an equal distance from the driver groups 711, 721 by a predetermined distance, and when the picture element data has a frequency of 20 MHz or higher, the predetermined distance is set to a value longer than 0% of the total interconnection lengths of the driver groups 711, 721 and shorter than 15%. |
