PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ion sensor in which dispersion stability of a dispersed substance in water such as a blood cell, a protein or the like reflected on a hematocrit or the like in a sample liquid is maintained and in which the concentration of ions can be measured with high accuracy, by a method wherein the sample liquid is set in a state that it contains a surface-active agent until at least the sample liquid is supplied to a sample-liquid measuring electrode. SOLUTION: An ion sensor is composed of a glass epoxy substrate 1, of a sample-liquid measuring electrode 2a, of a silver halide layer 4a, of a silver chloride layer 3 and of the like. The electrode on the side to which a sample liquid is supplied is coated in such a way that a part in a part faced with a through hole 6a at the silver halide layer and the outside end part of the electrode are excluded. In addition, another electrode is coated in the same manner. Actually, an insulating film which covers the surface of a multi-ion sensor plate body 5 excluding respective corresponding parts covers a window part 4c, a dam body 9, the through hole 6a and an ion sensing film 2d. In addition, resin solutions for different ion sensing films are dropped into another through hole 6a in the same manner so as to be dried. As a result, an iron sensitive electrode in which different specific ion sensing films are formed is formed. |
