PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition which can give a coating film having a controlled refractive index and reduced in cloudiness due to diffused reflection by using a polyisocyanate component and a polythiol component as the essential components and using a specified thiourethane resin as the film-forming element. SOLUTION: An aliphatic or aromatic polyisocyanate or a sulfur-containing polyisocyanate is mixed with an aliphatic or alicyclic polythiol containing at least 10 wt.%, desirably, at least 20 wt.% polythiol having a molecular weight of 300-4,000, desirably, 500-2,000 in a molar ratio between the functional groups, NCO/SH, of 0.5-3.0, desirably, 0.75-2.0. The obtained mixture is mixed with a film-forming element being a thiourethane resin having a sulfur content of at least 15 wt.%, desirably, 15-30 wt.%, more desirably, l 8-25 wt.% thiourethane resin and, optionally, 1-60 pts.wt., desirably, 2-50 pts.wt., per 100 pts.wt. resin component, metal oxide microparticles. |
