PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system by which a proper service is selected and a mutual terminal state is immediately informed of the opposite party depending on the type of data for communication or the type of communication terminals in the case of inter-terminal communication. SOLUTION: In the case of inter-terminal communication, each information of a data type 202, a terminal type 302, state notice 203, 303 is set to information parts 201, 301 of a control slot (SCCH) and the resulting data are transmitted so as to inform a transmitter terminal and a receiver terminal of the data type and the communication terminal type with each other. The system selects a proper service depending on the data type and the communication terminal type. Furthermore, the selected terminal state is informed of the opposite party. |
