PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize the long wavelength part of incident light effectively by comprising a solar cell of a substrate, a light-reflecting electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer and a transparent electrode and increasing the photocurrent of the solar cell thereby attaining a compact and homogeneous texture structure. SOLUTION: An aluminum film 10, having compact texture structure is formed on a flexible organic resin film substrate 5 under specified conditions. Diffusion reflectance increases, as the thickness of the aluminum film 10 increases. Subsequently, a barrier layer 11 is formed through sputtering zinc oxide on the order of 800 Å, followed by formation of a power generating layer 12. A thin film of amorphous silicon comprises an N-type layer of 300 Å, an l type layer of 3,000 Å and a P type layer of 200 Å formed by plasma CVD. Thereafter, a translucent electrode 13 is formed by depositing indium oxide ITO to 800 Å through sputtering, and a wiring electrode is printed thereon. Finally, the wiring is processed to complete a solar cell. |
