<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that keeps the delay time of conponents on a chip to a prescribed value independently of the arrangement of the components and dispersion in the process. SOLUTION: The semiconductor interface circuit consists of a delay time measurement circuit 1, a comparator circuit 2 that compares a delay time measured by the measurement circuit 1 with a delay time of components set in advance, and a power supply voltage control circuit 4 that controls a power supply voltage of a power line 3 in a chip C1 based on the comparison result of the comparator circuit 2. Then a delay time of the components in the chip is controlled by controlling a voltage of the power line in the chip based on delay time data measured by the delay time measurement circuit provided in the chip.</p> |
