<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the grasping of a dumping volume during reclaiming of a waste dumping ground with high precision by using a noncontact three-dimensional surveying means utilizing laser beams to calculate the reclaiming position of object waste in a specified dumping ground during reclaiming with waste and the volume that has been reclaimed and the residual dumping volume which can be reclaimed. SOLUTION: A waste dumping ground 1 is divided into sections by water barrier sheets and waste 5 is thrown in from the opposite side of a weir bank 2. After a fixed quantity of the waste 5 is thrown in, soil covers it, and the soil is covered with a layer 6 rolled and pressed by a bulldozer. In this case, on the weir bank 2, a transit 7 as a three-dimensional surveying device is mounted, and while turning the transit 7 by a worker or the like, laser beams are projected on plural measuring object points M to obtain the distances between a reference point K and the object points M, the directions and angles thereof. The obtained three-dimensional measured data, the weight of waste thrown in the dumping ground, kinds of waste or the like are sent to an arithmetic unit through an input/output control part to calculate the present dumping capacity of this dumping ground.</p> |
