<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve transmission efficiency of a data exchanging device by uniformly distributing communication data to plural relay lines housed by the data exchanging device and large amount of data traffic generated in the case that the data exchanging device is already in an operation state and the data exchanging device itself is system-restarted for maintenance or the like in a connection type data exchanging device for housing plural relay lines. SOLUTION: A data exchanging device 3 is provided with a line state monitoring part 31 for monitoring the line states of respective plural relay lines 21-23, a routing control part 33 for selecting a relay line for transmitting communication data from a device under consideration to an opposite exchanging device and a routing suppression part 32 for suppressing/releasing the routing of communication data. Also, it is provided with a system restart control part 34 for restarting the system, an entire line state monitoring part 35 for gathering the states of relay lines of the entire system from the line state monitoring part 31 and monitoring the states of the relay lines inside the system and a timer control part 36 for measuring time from the point of time of activating the system.</p> |
