PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the automatic verifying method of a terminal equipment, which can automatically verify whether a terminal equipment connected to an open-type network like an internet is a service request device registered in a server or not. SOLUTION: A server device 5 sends a certification key code to a work station 1 through the internet 4 in response to a connection request to the server device 5 from the work station 1. The work station 1 generates a password code from a self-peculiar code and a received certification key code and sends it to the server device 5. The server device 5 decodes the received password code, takes out the peculiar code of the work station 1 and compares it with the held peculiar code. When they are matched, effect that a service request from the work station 1 is received is informed. The work station 1 sends the service request to the server device 5 with the certification key code. The server device 5 checks the certification key code and executes requested service when it is sent to the work station 1.
