PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an ultrasonic surgical forceps device to selectively cut, coagulate, and clamp in surgical operation, by placing a means in a housing to guide a support body member of an ultrasonic drive unit rotatably placed in the housing and the ultrasonic drive unit so as to be accepted in the housing. SOLUTION: When an ultrasonic device unit 50 is accepted in a housing, housing parts 131 and 132 collectively define support members at intervals along plural axes to advance the placing and to increase the drive unit support rotatable with respect to the housing. The support body member for the ultrasonic drive unit includes the most distal support body member with a wall uniform shape collectively formed by parts 252 and 252' of the support body member supplied into the housing parts 131 and 132. The ultrasonic drive unit 50 is supported further by support body members at intervals along a pair of axes collectively formed by a pair of parts 254 and 254' and 256 and 256'. |
