PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct a water tank, a bathtub or the like of desired size by assembling a foamed resin boards of specific thickness and length into the shape of a vessel, coating the joint faces with the calking, reinforcing the joint parts, and attaching the tiles, stones or the like through the thin coating backing adjustment coating material. SOLUTION: The foamed resin boards 1 of various sizes thickness 20 m/m, 25 m/m, 50 m/m, 100 m/m, width 910 m/m, length 1829 m/m are prepared as base materials, this foamed resin board 1 is cut into desired size, the calking is applied to the joint faces and the cut boards are assembled into the shape of a vessel. On this occasion, the reinforcement 2 of 10 m/m ϕ as the reinforcement agent is heated to be press fitted into a proper part of the foamed resin board 1. The water proof treatment is performed on the gap parts of the assembled foamed resin boards 1 by using the calking 3. Then the main body surface of the vessel is totally coated with a short filler of the plaster material of building, and then the tiles, stones or wood plates are sticked to the same to complete the desired water tank or bathtub. |
