PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer excellent in peeling resistance without causing a back contamination or being deteriorated in a long-term use, and free from characteristic change even in the storage at a high temperature by using a second binder resin having a glass transition temperature lower than a first temperature and dispersed in the state enclosed in a first binder resin. SOLUTION: A toner contains two types of resin A and resin B. The resin A is a resin mainly composing the toner, and a material such as coloring agent is dispersed therein. The resin B is to be dispersed in the resin A in the state enclosed in the resin A, and it has a glass transition temperature lower than that of the resin A. The glass transition temperature of the resin A is preferably within the range of 30 deg.C-100 deg.C, and the glass transition temperature of the resin B is preferably within the range of 20 deg.C-80 deg.C. As the resin A, for example, styrene-acrylic resin is used, and as the resin B, for example, polyester resin is used. The resin B is added in the polymerization of the resin A, and dispersed in the resin A. |
