PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing case having a theft preventive function, of which the structure is simple, and which can be conveniently used by a method wherein the housing case is equipped with a box-shaped base part and a locking part which are stretchable, and a lock assembly which locks or unlocks the stretching action of them. SOLUTION: This housing case 1 is formed into a fixed box-shape of a base part 2 and a locking part 3 which are slidable to each other and stretchable. The base part 2 is constituted by erecting side wall parts 5-7 on three edges of a base plate 4 wherein an opening is made so that a CD case or the like can be pushed out from the outside when the CD case or the like is taken out, and engaging parts 8, 9 are from cornet parts. The locking part 3 has side walls 10, 10 which slide at the ends of both side wall parts 5, 7 of the housing case 1. Then, on the insides of respective side walls 10, 11, a clip part 15 comprising an elastic piece 17 is provided, and in the meantime, on the side wall parts 5, 7 of the base part 2, an engaging part 14 where a locking hole 18 is provided, is formed, and thus, a locking assembly is constituted. |
