PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply a toner to an electrophotographic image forming device body by providing a drive force receiving part for receiving a drive force for moving an opening and closing member in order to open a toner discharge opening in installation. SOLUTION: An operator manually rotates a handle 15 counterclockwise in the state where a toner supplying vessel 1 is installed into a device body. Then, the drive force by rotation is transmitted from the engagement part 15a of the handle 15 to a transmitting member 21 provided on the device body through an engagement part 21a. The drive force is further transmitted to an engaging member 22 through an engagement part 22a interlocked with the engagement part 21a. A shutter 16 is slid in the circumferential direction of a container 11 by the thus-transmitted drive force. A toner discharge opening 11a is then opened so that a toner can be supplied. At this time, the projection 13a of the vessel 1 is engaged with an engagement part provided on the device body. Therefore, the container 11 is never interlocked with the rotation of the handle 15. |
