PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely remove toner on a photoreceptor without scattering the toner on the photoreceptor and to form a stable image even in a high- temperature high-humidity environment. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with the photoreceptor 1, a developing means 4 for forming a toner image by developing a latent image on the photoreceptor 1 by a reversal development method, and a cleaning means 5 for removing a residual toner image on the photoreceptor 1 which consists of a counter-system cleaning blade 5b and a hold member 5a. The photoreceptor- contacting side of the cleaning blade 5b is bonded to the hold member 5a. |
