<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to bend cables flat at accurate positions and layer them with regard to the cables to be incorporated in a rotary connecting device to be provided, for example, on a steering wheel mounting part of a car, and to enable connectors to be connected easily to each outside end and each inside end. SOLUTION: A rotary connecting device is provided with a fixed-side member 10 and a rotating-side member 11, which are relatively rotatable to each other centering on axis of rotation, and a cable 23 stored in an annular space part 12 formed between both members 10, 11. The cable 23 is structured with conductors 25 arranged parallel and covered with an insulator on both sides. On this cable 23, parts 23g, 23h to be bent are set between the conductors in such a way that a given number of the conductors 25 are contained in the width direction and slits 23j are formed on these parts 23g, 23h to be bent. On these slits 23j, the cable 23 (A to C) is bent in a channel shape in cross section and layered. Each one end part 23a to 23c of the bent cable 23 (A to C) is fixed to the fixed-side member 10 and the other end part 23d to 23f to the rotating-side member 11.</p> |
