PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow high-speed travel of a carriage without polluting air in a clean zone by attaching a turbulence-preventive hood formed into such a shape as to relax air turbulence to an end part of the carriage. SOLUTION: A turbulence-preventive hood 5 which is formed in streamline and attached to an end part of a carriage 1 eliminates air turbulence caused by the carriage 1 traveling in a dirty zone, so, causing of dust and flowing of air into the dirty zone are prevented so that no air in the clean zone is polluted, and the carriage 1 is allowed to travel fast in any direction, forward or backward, for improved transportation efficiency. By attaching the turbulence-preventive hood 5, dust is hard to stick to the carriage 1, etc., traveling in the directly zone, which again prevents the air in the clean zone from polluted. |
