TERMINAL BLOCK FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small and robust electronic controller by mounting a noise removing part on a terminal block through effective utilization of space. SOLUTION: The terminal block has a conductor contact plate 3 for connecting and fixing inner and outer connecting wires 2 being encased in a resin case 1. Forward end of the plate 3 is projected to the outside of the resin case 1 to form a protrusion 3a which is then soldered to a terminal block connecting part 4 and connected electrically with a printed board 5. Noise removing parts, i.e., a capacitor 6 and a line filter 7, are soldered to the printed board 5. The terminal block is provided with a resin cover covering the printed board 5 and a plate for fixing the terminal block to the side face of an outdoor unit. A plurality of tab-like conductor plates 10 for connecting an electronic controller through a harness are provided at the upper part of the terminal block. 11 denotes a leaf sprint 6 combined with the conductor contact plate 3 and 12 denotes a stopper. According to the structure, size can be reduced while suppressing the effect of noise.
