PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the working of a resin lip, and to enable it to be accurately assembled in a manufacturing process, and besides, there is good sealability brought into full play. SOLUTION: This sealing device is equipped with a second seal member 40 made of resin material having a pinched part 41c to be held in space between a flange part of a metal ring 20 and a radial part of a first sealing member and a lip part 42a being bent in the axial direction from the pinched part 41, respectively. A guide part 92a guiding an inner circumferential end 42a of a second sealing member 40 is installed in a female mold 92 of a forming die 91, and when the sealing device is made up, each positioning of the forming die 91 and the second sealing member is carried out by the guide part 92a. |
