At a bottom within the housing 21, a housing detaching detecting switch 84 detecting the detaching of the housing 21 is provided. AT the time of forcedly opening the lid 21a without using a key 81, the switch 83 becomes a closed circuit and also at the time of forcedly detaching the housing 21 from a fixing base 86, the switch 84 similarly becomes closed circuit to shortcircuit a backup circuit (a point A is short-circuited to a ground point B) to destroy the operation program to make it impossible to start. |
