PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device with a small loss in power transmission. SOLUTION: Drain (D) and source (S) of an FET 32 are closed or opened on the basis of a square wave pulse signal P33 generated cyclically from a square wave generator 33, and an alternating current i0 is carried at a primary coil 31. When the continuity state is changed to the released state at the drain (D) and the source (S), the current i0 is subjected to damped oscillations, but the cycle of the damped oscillation is extended by a capacitor 35. Then, a voltage VDSO between the drain (D) and the source (S) is not clamped by a parasitic diode at the FET 32. In this way, a loss in current at the current i0 is eliminated and power with small loss is transmitted to a secondary coil 41. A voltage signal from the secondary coil 41 is rectified by a rectifying circuit 42 and fed to a load 43. |
